Chealsea have offered Steven gerrard 31 million pound to go to them but today in the daily mirror it said that " steven will not move to chealsea. " but in other newspapers and on teletext and things like that it says things like steven will be moving and that Steven has askesd the liverpool manager if he will give Steven a transfer to chelsea .
